All Linguistic Learning Trips include 2–3 instructional hours per day, bilingual documentation, and attendance logs — making them eligible for reimbursement just like virtual classes.

Country-specific learning benefits

Many clients co-fund linguistic trips with statutory or collective training budgets. We already support the programs below and can prepare paperwork in your language.

Germany — Bildungsurlaub

JB Linguistics is an authorized Bildungsurlaub course provider (final listings pending for select Bundesländer in 2026). We deliver the Antrag, curriculum outline, attendance records, and split invoicing.

France — CPF / OPCO

We issue bilingual course descriptions so your Compte Personnel de Formation or OPCO partner can release credits for virtual or travel-based English programs.

Netherlands — CAO learning budget

Dutch employers typically route costs via CAO-leerbijeenkomsten, werk-naar-werk budgets, or the Werkkostenregeling. We provide split invoices plus detailed attendance logs.

Spain — FUNDAE bonuses

Spanish organisations can offset tuition with Fundación Estatal (FUNDAE) training credits. We submit hour-by-hour attendance exports in Spanish and English.

Sweden — Omställningsstudiestöd

Swedish professionals can request CSN/union study support. JB prepares Swedish course descriptions, syllabi, and proof of completion for the omställningsstudiestöd application.
